Detail Planning / Scheduling /Time Management

The project scope of work and deliverables are allocated to appropriate work packages based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Activities required to complete each deliverable are identified during the relevant planning phase.

We develop a project schedule aimed at meeting predetermined milestones by allocating adequate resources to complete activities on time. The Project Execution Plan is finalized during the setup and mobilization phase, ready to guide the project from implementation kickoff.
